I would have loved to get that same opportunity to outbid their offer for a final acceptance. 

In recent years, the problem grew so big that when tenants with children rent, I have to furnish the school a signed affidavit certifying they are REAL tenants, and agree that if I fraudulently certify a student, I have to reimburse the school for damages equal to years educational expenses for each year the student is there, plus a fine. 

What I did was I texted them the exact date I had scheduled with the eviction attorney and a final plea that it's best for everyone that they vacate by the day before that appointment. 

The goal is to get all the knowledge I can to help me make a final decision on where we decide to purchase.

Don't be discouraged, wholesaling can be a fine business so long as you operate it like you would any other business with honesty, integrity, and honoring your commitments. 

Go over the property with a fine toothed comb and fix what is needed and charge damage deposit.

So far, it seems likely they’ll agree to the new terms and rent and stick around, but they haven’t made a final decision yet (not have we).
