I'm heading to N MN to do some fishing on Friday.  

I don't have to look.I know what spring prices look like vs winter.The main variables for me are events like a fishing tournament that drive demand.

@Cameron Pletcher Sounds like you’re fishing for a free down payment -ish and a house that someone wants to sell you for less than it’s worth.

Put your property back on the market and fish for another offer.

Many property management groups have bigger fish to fry and your small investment will be put on the back burner when it comes time to fill a vacancy or address any maintenance.
