Do mobile homes in Salt Lake City Utah make good rental properties?

I'm currently in Salt Lake City hunting some BRRRR deals but, to be frank, I haven't seen anything here that beats Oklahoma (except the mountains, of course).Good luck in the hunt, Blake!

So that should be your target Seller: Ma and Pa, "salt of the earth" type people who are willing to let you take a sawzall and chop saw to their asset worth hundreds of thousands of $$$.I think it's doable, but don't be surprised if it's not as easy as the rosy picture you paint. 

Any architect worth their salt will have a grasp on the local zoning code and can give you some general idea of what they are seeing for cost/sf until you can get a contractor involved to dial things in.

I have been looking at a store called Floor and Decor and Home Depot in the Park City/Salt Lake City, Utah area.

It's a salt that's left on the surface of the block due to water being sucked through the building material.

Take what I say with a grain of salt as I'm a slow learner and just finally decided to purchase out of state after nearly 6 years of trying in Los Angeles.
