I wasn't around during the Great Depression or WWII (and I assume neither were you), but I seem to recall from my MBA economics classes that quite a bit of Keynesian policy was used to pull us out of the first and generate an abundant global economy during the second.

Short sales are so abundant today that I would suggest you find another house where they are not giving you the run around.

I believe in abundance for everyone, not a scarcity, mentality.

There is an abundance of "wholesalers" it is the one that actually knows how to analysis deals and then actually find them and lock them up that are the unicorns.Most are more of the jackasses with a toilet paper tube tapped to their heads... 

I initially started off working with investors but eventually switched to a company that had an abundance of leads.

Even in my city where we have abundant land, the cost to develop makes it difficult to build starter homes.

While I wish you all the sucess in this abundant universe, lets also be realistic and see what can actually be done.1) $30k in savings is not enough to buy anything that can be fixed up since you need $ for closing costs, renovations, etc.

A focus on abundance leads to abundance.
