I teach people how to break in Real Estate and I have a lender that sponsors the breakfast.  

If there is anyone that is from my area and can give me some advice or even meet up (breakfast, lunch,or coffee on me) to discuss how they invest in this area that would be great too.

There's a restaurant that's been there for 30 years now it's gone because of New Management, but it's a homemade breakfast type of place

The local one in Milwaukee has monthly meetings in the evening, monthly breakfasts (tomorrow morning, in fact) and there is a women's group that meets for luncheons.

On top of the weekend class to "really" learn a thing or two instead of wasting your valuable time like at the meeting I was attending, they then were pitching their exclusive next tier program where you and 15-or-so others could have the distinct "privilege" of having breakfast/brunch with them and be able to talk with them for the low price of $500 or so...THEN there was their "top dog" program where you and a select few could have the great honor of becoming their padawan after you took out a 2nd mortgage on you (or your parents) house to pay $20K (or was it $50K?) 

Hotel breakfast was rarely anything to get excited about.  

You may want to check with the town to see if it's possible to be a real Bed & Breakfast as an alternative. 

He goes on to say that bed and breakfasts are not allowed, but I don't see that in the code.

@Amity Word Hi Amity, I would suspect you can rent the rooms for more with a private bathroom but when I had my bed and breakfasts I discovered that sometimes people just want the cheapest option and maybe you rent 2 of the room on the higher end at say $12-1300 apiece each with a private bathroom and then rent the other two rooms at the lower price point of say $900 apiece with the shared bathroom.
