There were two good presentations on apps and technology and how to use them to automate your business. 

An algorithm is just automated instruction- basically a detailed formula or set of formulas that are linked to eachother.

Might only need to find an actual maintenance person in the area and use a software to automate the rest. 

Put all the tools in place that you'll need (a good email marketing platform that allows you to automate, a solid and sleek lead generation flow, a concerted SEO strategy, etc). 

If you want to make it in real estate, become financially independent, escape the crappy rat race, you know that will give way to automation, outsourcing, you know the static existence universities, colleges, and politicians have conditioned us to believe will continue to exist forever?

My firm actually does this analysis all the time, automated for our clients.
