Dear Tenant: Upon further consideration, since the quality of the well water was due to Mother Nature and I took immediate action to rectify the situation when informed, I do not feel that compensation is warranted.

The action of bringing a buyer and seller together in exchange for consideration is Brokering real estate.

I wasn't living here at the time so this was all news to me.

At the end of the day, it's all about taking action consistently towards your goals!
