It may work out that I have to start smaller than I want but having a big goal and only getting 80% there is still better than having a small goal and hitting it 100%. 

Even though ALOT and I mean ALOT of people on bigger pockets or friends and family have told me airnbnb arbitrage wouldn't work out I have been pretty successful even though I was pretty much self learnt without any form of joining a course or anything like that.

While that did work out as I made really good money CoC return i sold them after seeing what i think is weakness in the airbnb market in 2022 after basically doubling up.

Yeah, how'd all that work out again???? 

We are almost always able to work out a good plan and somtimes that is to move out voluntarily.

Thanks Ben and Joseph,We work out of state so thought outsourcing management made the most sense but will look into self / hybrid management opportunities. 

With enough properties, the savings could justify quarterly visits for inspections and lump-sum repairs.Best of luck and I really hope things work out for you.
