I just stumbled upon a post that I created 2 years ago asking whether there are casual NYC meet ups for real estate investors.Since then I tried to find even more niche group where I wanted to connect with women in the RE investing field which isn't so easy to come across.I find that real estate investing space in general is predominantly male oriented and I figured it would be nice to have a space where women can come and support each other in this field.I finally had the courage to nudge my introvert self and create a real estate investing group for women in NYC.

Western- Womens education and rights. 

We have men & women of different ages & levels who invest locally or out of state, all are welcome.

I just looked at my local .gov website and they list 12 free legal resources for various disadvantaged groups (women, tenants with rental assistance/ section 8, mobile home renters, etc.).

Second was a women’s investment group.

In rural, this is most likely a women, probably with young kids or, newly becoming or became an empty nester, right.

Having done a LOT of remodels at many price points (but mostly high-end) I always found the best bang-for-your-buck was in the following: 1) Kitchen - It has been said that women buy houses..... and women like great kitchens even if they don't cook (Strangely enough).
