With it being in a planned neighborhood, all the cabins design wise are the same, but ours has even better views. 

Banks and mortgage companies are getting wise and they are recognizing the threat that Pace Morby is to them. 

It's a lot easier  logistics wise and the realtor will also probably have better communication with them since it probably wouldn't be their first deal together

It is wise for the PM to use a licensed plumber.

Alert wise I like Realtor.com the best. 

Also, price-wise, a 4 or 4+ unit property in Killeen appears to be less expensive than a comparable one in DFW.

I will add that Upper Northeast Philadelphia is one of the more consistent neighborhoods over a large span area wise.

Paying off the note is what helps.. in my mind and how I did my sub tos  I would never buy just because of low downpayment or interest rate.. there HAD to be big equity upside DAY ONE.. other wise its just a PITA
