BUT I still understand the point that most people made, these are not concrete/stick built structures with conventional building methods, and it is owner/operator, and it's a volatile industry, and its 50min from the Gatlinburg hotspot, and the main house is a double wide, etc.I guess my dream would be that an owner that wants to live and work in one place can buy this property, live in the main house and self manage the property.

Most of the big land wholesalers whole-tale the deals, meaning they actually buy/close on the land (using their own money or other people's money) and then list on the MLS to sell, because it is very difficult to find buyers without widely marketing it.

JD, I'd agree about cat pee.....it has something in it that will make you see Jesus, even with a respirator....But that house that had 9 dogs locked inside of it had this beautiful wide-plank flooring, Ponderosa Pine...unbelievably gorgrous.....I had it sanded once and got about 50% of the smell, twice, maybe 75 %....third time got 95%.Primer/paint did little.....finally had to have the walls and ceilings skim coated with new texture...throughout the entire almost 3000 SF house.
