At $300, I am going with a new whirlpool dishwasher, for white.

Fully Rehab the master bath leaving only the tile on the floor, seeing as the prior owner installed the whirlpool tub backwards and the also bring the 1/2 bath up to date.Add recess lighting in the living roomThere are a few things that i can salvage like the hardwood floors that are in great condition.

I like whirlpool and have had very good luck with that brand in refrigerators and dishwashers.

However, I can hardly find any reviews on reliability of brands.If any of you have experience, good or bad, with Speed Queen, Maytag, LG or Whirlpool, please, let me know.Much appreciated

The vanities were in bad shape, so we have already bought some upgraded vanities with real marble* tops and new faucets, but not sure if we should also do a major remodel to replace the dated 1980's floor and wall tile, "Roman" whirlpool tub ("bone" colored), "bone" colored toilet, and acrylic shower stall.

I have a rehab project I am working on and putting GE appliances in will cost me 1k more for cooktop, dishwasher and wall oven combined.I plan to put Kenmore but want to make sure that it will still command high resale value.Here are the popular brand I consider: GE, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Whirlpool, Frigidaire.Thanks so much for your help!!!

I'm thinking GE, Whirlpool or Maytag as they all have machines in my price range.  

Whirlpool had good reviews and the best deal was at Home Depot; they install but you will have to have someone set the dollar amounts, or do it yourself.
