At least you have started your RE journey and dont waver even if this was a bad experience.

There is a great case to be made for strict, un-bendable, enforcement of the process applied without wavering to each and every person.

Can write many templates for all our properties and get specific with days, times to have sent out.The only area I waver on, currently, is pricing.
