Hello Bigger Pockets, My team and I are looking for a tip to point us into the right direction of how to convert our current tenant from regular rent she pays to a Sect. 8 Voucher (where rents in that zip code are much higher), she will have a percentage of the monthly rent paid for her by the government.

If things normalize between now and then consider renewing her up to the section 8 maximum for her number of bedrooms voucher.

I good way I have found to generate leads is to call the Section 8 reps' to let them know that you have a unit that you're looking to fill and see if they have any clients who have a voucher that match your property.
