Hello Bigger Pockets, My team and I are looking for a tip to point us into the right direction of how to convert our current tenant from regular rent she pays to a Sect. 8 Voucher (where rents in that zip code are much higher), she will have a percentage of the monthly rent paid for her by the government.

If things normalize between now and then consider renewing her up to the section 8 maximum for her number of bedrooms voucher.

The best tenants have vouchers that aren't going to be that high. 

They must have a voucher for your size unit. 

I good way I have found to generate leads is to call the Section 8 reps' to let them know that you have a unit that you're looking to fill and see if they have any clients who have a voucher that match your property. 

You find a property you want to rent, get the voucher from the participant & send it to the housing authority.

The owner also provided daily cleaning services, access to dedicated Wi-Fi, access to beach and recreational equipment, and prepaid ride-share vouchers between the rental property and the nearest business district.

You can buy a single family or duplex here in Indianapolis and using these new Section8 voucher amounts, rentals here in Indianapolis are fantastic investments! 

Let them know you'll be speaking to their case worker and that if they are evicted they will likely lose their S8 voucher.
