While maybe not the cheapest deal, that person emphasized the learning experience as valuable in getting into a network of lenders, contractors, agents, etc.

Every other mistake I made was valuable and part of the journey.  

Regular maintenance updates from your property manager—such as quarterly reports outlining requests, costs, and resolutions—can also help you stay informed and track spending trends over time.Building relationships with local contractors or networking with other investors in Cleveland can also be valuable.

I also don't want to show any type of distrust towards her as I feel that she is a valuable asset (if she is what she says she is). 

It is easier to parse it out, but still, not as valuable as I would like.

What I find to be most valuable: Ease of use, cost-savings and efficiency and here's what I mean: If using an interior designer to furnish your rental, they will hand you a list of supplies + furniture to buy and what I was able to do with Minoan is upload that list as a CSV file and then they come back with a quote of all of the items they can fulfill along with their respective discount. 

The course curriculum is awesome for getting a deep dive into capital raising and its definitely valuable if you’re looking to focus in that realm of the investment world. 

If you can prove this value and maintain high levels of communication - you will be a very valuable 'who' is someone's investing journey.
