I have several vacation homes and several local STR's my wife and I run. 

You're going to have to spend a bit of time researching markets but I think picking a market you like to visit is always good. every vacation becomes a write off! 

My husband and I have fixed and flipped one property about 3 years ago, and are looking for one to fix and rent out (and use for vacations) at the NC coast. 

I know it is different thing with on site running a place, but it is closer.If it were me, I would list each property under my own account, whether that be under Mike or a brand (Super Awesome Vacation Rentals).

Hello everyone,My business partner and I are considering buying in Niagara Falls as a short term rental investment and we'd love to speak to someone there running a vacation rental.

I got a Google Vacation Rental booking almost immediately and a direct booking. 

"I'm willing to cancel the eviction so it doesn't reflect on your record if you vacate on x day and pay x toward your outstanding balance"Most tenants are unaware of the long-term consequences when they have an eviction on their record.

I've also had a couple evictions/ask to vacate on properties where the tenants were constantly behind in paying.

We also have a firm policy, always enforce late fees and deliver a notice to pay or vacate on the 6th.
