Hi - we're looking to give some of our VAs more hours, they are professionally trained to prospect leads, outbound/ inbound cold calls, follow-up, skip trace, contract to close tasks, etc.

I have a staff comprising of 2 VAs (one in India and another in the Philippines), 2 full time Property Analysts, 1 full time sales guy, 2 real estate agents - and that's just for our wholesaling business.

As it is, I have one fourplex in Killeen at the moment (FHA financed, I had already used both VAs on single families).I'm an agent in the area, and multi-families are pretty hot right now.

There are also a lot of third-party tools available that provide lists of "motivated" sellers that you could leverage as well.I personally have not had much luck hiring VAs to vet the leads for me.

I have tried hiring VAs from Upwork, IVAS, and onlinejobs.ph.

And there are lenderS who will refi VAs at 100%.

My VAs handle research, marketing tasks, data logging, and a few other general tasks.

Esp if it is overseas VAs who know nothing about RE.Sorry for my assumptions.Like I said, I'm not a cold caller/texter, I do direct mail/PPC only.
