(zero claims or issues) We are looking at going with Obei Insurance, they focus specifically on investor real estate.

Many of the properties I have been looking at have issues but in this case I'm working with the seller to let me get it up to conventional appraisal standards before they inspect it.

We have had a pipe burst during the cold winter months, the roof needed to be replaced (thankfully covered by our insurance), and some issues with electrical, which hasn't been majorly updated since it was built in 1973. 

They are worth the money for a good hot tub that is mentioned all the time in reviews and doesn't have a ton of issues.

The increased frequency of these longer stays has brought with it increased issues.

what is my next step to clear up this issue? 

Especially during this time of challenging inventory issues...

My investments were all what they termed private placement and was essentially funds used for lending, buying notes and recently land trust.After MIdland sprun this on us, my spouse also has accounts, I did some research but didn't see a purpose to remove our accounts at the time.I have not been with ET long enough to give comment on them and what little "issues" occured were technical.

Are you having issues finding a lender that can do this for you?
