If that's the case I would strongly suggest building your team before pulling the trigger on an Airbnb.

This would be VA loan with 0% down so I might try to pull the trigger here on it soon.

I'm normally not one that advocates trigger-happy decisions, but IMO this kind of investing needs solid boots on the ground, and you're out of town.

Hi All, I am very new to the Real Estate investing game and haven't pulled the trigger on any properties yet.

I’ve heard different things like taking a Fannie Mae loan out then converting it to a LLC and the likelihood of triggering a due on sale clause is minimal.

If you did the refi 3 months after, it could trigger them to audit you.

At the end of the day you're only going to be as successful as that team allows you to be so I would definitely advise doing a deep dive and  visiting, if possible, who you'd be investing with and where before pulling the trigger. 

If you know what an "average" deal looks like then pull the trigger on one that looks above average.
