Access to the MLS can be helpful but not necessary, taking the course for your RE license will certainly give a much better understanding to the ins and outs of how real estate transactions transpire.

We declined this as we had not signed any partnership papers in the first place.Through a joint email it transpires that he had also hooked another investor through Bigger Pockets for the same 5th share with the identical ruse.

I also monitor gate entries through the gate software to see what kind of activity has transpired at the property as well as monitor cameras to verify no issues.My other properties are closer to home and I will visit them maybe once a month, more out of boredom than necessity.These are all exterior non-climate controlled units.

The Dilemma: After all this transpired my excitement was through the roof.

The term "at cost" is the only place I would take any issue with what transpired.

Let me share what has transpired since my post oh so many months ago.

My other concern is the transition from selling to buying and what to do with 3 kids and 6 cats while all this is transpiring!
