Finally changed it to adding 50 houses. 

Applying the wet drywall mud to the clean may loosen the popcorn texture due to adding moisture to the product.

Therefore, look through the papers and listen to ads in your area, to see what the market rents are going for.  

While I agree investing in 5+ unit commercial properties gives you many more options in regards to adding value, some areas just don't offer theses properties or they are priced out of reach for some. 

IE;   (total annual rent) x 0,4 = NOI   Then at 10% cap rate divide that number by 0.1 this is the offer price prior to adding in the value of the park owned homes.  

You could respond to ads, do online search, use the reference sites, including advo and the local Bar Association, however this may still not get you to a suitable practitioner.I'll bet there will be noticing issues, perhaps litigation.
