Over three decades, I've not seen a ton of situations where no money down/100% leverage has worked well. 

If it costs 50k and you have 50k, you'd have to have a high risk tolerance and time to do this.

I've been on at least a half dozen posts on BP where people try to explain-away the fact that they broke the law.
