I have both listened to the podcast and read some of the books produced by BP so it's been fun learning about different strategies people have used to expand and grow their portfolios.

I have read in forums that upfront fees are generally big no-no's.

I started down this journey once I realized that being a youth pastor alone would never provide the financial future that I want for my wife and kids so I started investigating real estate and reading "BRRRR".  

Of course, do your due diligence, listen to podcasts, read, research, etc.

Unfortunately, there is not...unless you want to count gurus that charge you $10K/year to be a student, but they, themselves, don't really have the background necessary to advise (read some of the backgrounds of these jokers...really...you'll be stunned).

They did get immediate payout from their STR insurance policy.To everyone reading this - This is not something you want to do.

I am reading everything I can get my hands on that you have posted.
