I hope you find a path that always you to use your talents, your gifts, and your drive to help others who need it.

Some things can be taught but building off of your God given talent always gives you an advantage.

No mentor is looking for someone they have to teach everything to, people are looking to trade value and combine talents so they can accomplish more as a sum of parts than they can individually.

There are tons of talented people in the Milwaukee market and you will not have a difficult time locating a solid deal.  

@Jay Hinrichs But you CAN hire a really talented photographer and market properties to out-of-state buyers than "never need to visit the property" because of in-house management 🤣

It is almost asking a realtor to be the Project Manager for the whole thing, a really good realtor          might skip that offer and she might end up a not talented one.    

They will want to be your 'partner'... do not even consider the offer.If someone has a skill or talent to offer, and that YOU ACTUALLY NEED, make an assessment of what it is worth to you and then offer to hire them for that amount of money.

It’s a phenomenal group of talented and successful real estate investors from all over the nation.

It seems to me the NYC location was due to the high quantity of talented work force already in the area.
