@Dave Meyer, while I like the idea of this thread, I think there are a lot of nuances that go along with this.At surface level, I am in 4 syndications, 3 of the 4 are paused.  

His work products and many others can be found with simple google searches for free online.

While you are figuring it out and/or deploying it over time, US Treasuries and certain CDs are paying 5%...and 4% for certain online savings accounts.
