Could you explain that process?

@Alex Washburn makes really good points - the process is definitely not easy. 

I 100% endorse adding in the escrows for taxes and insurance to set the buyer/borrower up for success. 

I am currently going to community college as well as in the process of getting my real estate license.

He claims anyone can do what he did, but he teaches the exact opposite of what made him successful.How did he find success?

They successful cut taxes and loosened IRS enforcement.

They look to have some success with taking deals full-cycle and currently have a sun belt multi-property offering that I'm researching.

But I see no reason why this can't be done by someone like Scott, or anyone who is successful in any real estate endeavor.
