After dealing with this situation for quite some time I started studying scams, frauds then human behavior then cults.

Study the market.

I’ve spent years studying everything to do with investing in houses and then this opportunity to buy land came up and I just jumped.

Undoubtedly, I have much to learn, but I am no stranger to long hours of study and work.

Do not know much about them, but the Fund of Funds model will be an interesting case study during the next 3-5 years especially as deals go bad and investors look to these sponsors and the level of due diligence they did will be very interesting to see how they handle the lawsuits, as its not an if but a when, regarding a lawsuit.

Majority of my target market is International Students, serious about their Studies, not interested in causing issues.

My suggestion is to study first the numbers / cities / markets and once you know your zones / cities of interest, look for people who can help you locally.

However, the problem is that I currently live in Northern Ireland and will go to university either at the University of Edinburg, in Scotland the London School of Economics to study economics and politics.

But I've watched a lot of cases carefully & studied enough of the law now to know there are ways to fight it in court.

Study all strategies, markets, etc, and find what fits your strategies.
