Hi Vincent, I think the confusion here is the downpayment aspect of the loan.

Your contractor team is arguably one of the more challenging aspects of the pipeline.

It’s great that you’re thinking strategically about where to relocate.

For example, I am a little concerned about some aspects of the business cycle recovery and a potential for a double-dip so I lean toward the safest part of capital stack which is debt (or low-debt equity).

The biggest difference to me is that YOU have control of every aspect of an active investment, while somebody else is in “control” of a passive investment.  

I appreciate you telling me your experiences with it, I understand there are different aspects of real estate.
