I have great reviews from guests (over 30) though do have the occassional 4 stars that brings it down even though they loved the stay.

5 star rating with a brief review - done. 

Consistent 5 star rave reviews confirm this.  

I was the first one to review them on TrustPilot a few months ago and they've clearly orchestrated a campaign to get a bunch of 5-star ratings on there, but we (and others) know the truth and I thank you for sharing yours here.

Maybe your Realtor is a super star and he/she is worth 42% of your profit ...

It shows the type of person you are and I appreciate that@Forest Wu thanks for checking out the site and we understand your position relating to the majority being 5-star reviews...85% of them to be exact.

By the way, if she stays local like you've recommended, her equity isn't enough to buy a suitable property for an STR, maybe (maybe) only a poorly maintained rental house in the absolute pits of south LA that is absolutely unsuited to Airbnb which guests will promptly one-star into oblivion.I've just noticed I'm the only one in this thread to actually offer a concrete plan.

And if you fail, at least you failed trying to change your stars, instead of sitting your life out.The fragility is at an epic level in forums.
