Soccer is an awesome sport and great teacher for kids.

Have been tracking the news on insurance which surprisingly to me- is not expected to rise in Colorado, post the LA fires.

In other news, it may be tempting to purchase a waterfront property at a deep discount along the Western Coast but beware, you might get flooded in the next hurricane unless you want to do a teardwon and build on stilts. 

My favorite sport is boxing and I like to run in my spare time.

The great news is that it's not too difficult or expensive if you're willing to hustle.
