If the red card is put in front, it signifies that they want to be left alone.  

My perspective on this has changed again (funny how field results screw up what's on paper).  2% tends to signify a likely REASONABLE rate of return on a buy and hold.  

So I'm just wondering if a bowed wall usually signifies bigger issues or if it's usually just a cosmetic issue that isn't worth the time to get fixed or follow-up on.
