A while back I thought something had died in the vents - but it turned out to just be a dirty condensate drain which was breeding mildew or whatever.

I will accept dogs meeting my criteria (Size, Breed, etc)  - but do not accept Cats.

I love the dogs personally but I know they are considered a “dangerous” breed In NJ.The tenant with the dog has lived there for 10 years so I would hate to have to get rid of him or the dogs but I want to make sure I’m being as carful as possible.Please give me any advice you may have and it will be greatly appreciated!

They make neighborhoods look bad and can be a breeding zone for crime.

We do not currently restrict pets at this location, though we do require more information, a pet addenda and associated fees, etc. so we were up for discussing once they were more serious about getting a dog and its breed, age, etc. 

She didn't even tell me what species or breed it was, poundage, etc.

We've seen this breed strong and more confident agents that have learned by real example and get paid while doing it. 

There are different dog breeds that are preferred for different issues.

However, we have a house on 100 acres and a tenant that wants to breed high-end dogs.

I know that investors and lenders are supposed to be a unique breed that can look beyond the muck and mire and see the gem that a deal is supposed to be, but the truth is that sometimes we are as "blinded" by the mess 💩 and miss the gem.
