I need to sift though it all and I will over the next day and share what I find works for me. 

It is simply time and sifting through 5000 properties is something I may not have time to do well however the VA idea is an option! 

I'd recommend reaching out to a few Realtors and sift through the garbage until you find a great one.

A task that I can honestly say was a bit much for me to try to take on as far as sifting through.

Or just go into the search on the site and type in no money down and you'll have a pledger of information to sift through on the topic. 

But if you are positioned correctly with a nice chunk of capital, could you snatch up some good deals and have a good renter pool to sift through to find good tenants?  

Hi @Nicole @Nicole B.I don't think you would necessarily get your money's worth from a pro membership since you're just starting to sift through the free RE materials.  

Wouldn't it be smarter if you spent less time sifting through all the garbage properties in your email because you have 3 solid ace superstar wholesalers from different companies who pump out 30 quality deals a month each and you know you can get your hands on as many as your bank account can handle?
