@Dhruv Patel I believe you are getting ahead of yourself....Where in the US are you all-in (land acquisition, soft costs, hard construction) on new construction multi-family for $100/ft.

Say my neighbor wants to buy a 1 millimeter strip of land along our shared property line for 450k. 

I bought vacant land, built a spec home and sold it to an end user.

I have Regrid ( I use it mainly for land), its 10 bucks a month and they have vacant property information they pull from the USPA.
