You can't go wrong with face to face meetings and shaking hands with the right people .

I spend $1M+ annually on marketing but I am unwilling to give credence to a company who essentially blackmails & shakes down business owners through the use of nefarious reviews that aren't applicable to the type of industry we are in.

That said, I think you will also want to underwrite the deal yourself to see how it shakes out.

I might also be looking for an end buyer, private money, or partner for this deal depending how the numbers shake out.
