I would personally be very hesitant to awake a 20 year old permit .  

Now you see the sarcasm in my reply, yet it is sarcasm that is founded on truth.In reality, I hate to see people enter into a new venture haphazardly - leaving a wake of destruction in their path (especially at the expense of others).  

It may all placebo effect but as they lay awake at night thinking they heard something, they can rest assured and  know the ghosts have all been banished....

This makes the expense to foreclose and help nudge the borrower into a "wake-up call" more costly.

So for these kind of situation, sorry I don't know why I would need an agent.I think that is a good move from redfin as it will awake a lot of realtors not to take the heavy portion of commission for granted.

If the politicians don't take that as a wake-up call, nothing will knock some sense into them.

I think I just needed a wake up call. 

@Vijaianand Thirunageswaram we are well awake and very eager to buy (and buying of course) assuming a near future economic correction.. ...MF is in hyper growth (step prior to correction) ..
