Hey guys, I’m newer around the Conroe area and I’m looking to connect with fellow real estate individuals, Contractors, investors, etc.I’ve been an electrician for 10 years mostly in the commercial space, I’ve doubled in general contracting and project management in Utah, but have moved down here in search of better opportunities.

The spacious primary suite features a private full bath with double vanity, while the flexible layout provides options for bedrooms, an office, or hobby spaces.

I have a space in my home where I do all of my desk office-type work, but it is not dedicated to real estate.

I’m a young entrepreneur in the real estate space, and I’ve recently started my own company.

Tenants may not care as much, therefore there may not be a big discount for the lack of space.

DSCR recently came popular in the loan brokerage and private credit space with the rise of STRs and MTRs.Your local bank lenders will have the best rates typically.  

Leverage your existing equity to invest in smaller properties, such as a mixed-use or retail space, to gain experience and cash flow.

For example, I've had a couple of 3+ bedrooms sit for a longer period of time because they only had one parking space available (and no on-street options nearby).
