I want to do a seller financed deal that allows me to put less down, but I still have to come out of pocket the rest of the down payment and construction costs so I have a few questions1.

Just $24,000 per year and could be drinking Rum and fruit juice for the rest of my life. 

They could have particular styles or things that they specialize in and wholesale the rest. 

That's not a show stopper since you'll never go broke paying tax on profit.But the ability to use all of that big tax bill to benefit yourself throughout the rest of your life and then pass it along to your heirs tax free is seriously worth considering. 

A neat feature with xfinity (no I don’t work there 😀) is the voice remote and once you have one box you can stream the service to the rest of your TVs cutting down the cost of extra cable drops. 

I would love to explore the rest of the US - if I had the money.

Now most people in CA do not feel $100K is a lot but to the rest of the US its a big chink of change.
