The most common mistakes have already been stated but I will regurgitate them since they are the most common and in order:#1 mistake - overestimating the exit value#2 - underestimating the rehab costs#3 - taking too long to complete the job (time is your #1 enemy)#4 - not having the proper team in place before purchasing.
