I see it somewhat regular of people who got into a "deal" with HML, to do a Brrr and now it's half done reno and there desperately trying to sell it as-is to bail them out. 

Most are folks that have the emotional control of a 5 year old, controlling attitude, an omniscient narrative in every thread & topic, act like an online hall monitor, and constant attention seeking. 

You should treat it as a luxury package rather than regular STR. 

Are they a regular, full-service PM?

But a lot of bank employees, real estate agents and regular people don't know it or they just don't believe it.

They teach ME things on a regular basis.

They're the ones working with those agencies on a regular basis and have the best referrals.As far as recovering the debt, try leveling with the tenant as much as possible so they grasp the seriousness of being sent to collections.

@Placeholder PlaceholderOne word of caution I would advise: If a community or local government is enacting restrictions and also regularly enforcing them, then its often a reflection of the local community sentiment which increases the chance of a neighborhood or nearby resident calling you in if they think you may be running an STR.

Hi Alex, I believe there is a Pittsburgh group that meets regularly but I would love to attend another gathering as long as time/place works.
