I have my doubts about how much hosts are actually making.

Transitioning from builder’s risk to a regular property insurance policy might be the way to go if the sale takes longer than expected.

It seems that to be on Section 8 you need to look for a job on a regular basis.

It's just more ******** that hosts are having to put up with all across the board.

Section 8 guarantees part of the rent, which is great for income stability, but the building will have regular inspections to meet Housing Quality Standards (HQS).

STR even more than LTR are management intensive and the host can make or break the ROI.
