If the issue is not repaired within the seven days, the tenant can put the rent with the registry of the court.As a PM, I could have had the repair done with 24-48 hours on the shower issue.

So you have to go to the local land registry office for the property and pay then $8 per property to search, or $27 if you want a full report of any property in any jurisdiction.

Hello, if anyone has had any experience in Broward County, Florida, winning a bank foreclosure paying over the final judgment amount, and getting the Clerk of Courts to disburse funds from Court Registry to cover delinquent property taxes, I would like to hear from you, what steps to take, forms to fill out, etc.In my particular case, the auction took place January 5th 2017, I got Certificate of Title January 19th 2017.

This can depend on what kind of response they send to the court, will they put any money into the registry and/or are there any holidays.If the eviction runs its course, at the end the sheriff will come out and you will meet them there with a locksmith and maybe an extra hand in case there are items left in the house.
