While a rectangle room may seem simple at first, if you don't lay it out correctly you can end up with a thin awkward section of tile at one or two sides of the room. 

These are what I call "simple brick" homes, rectangle shape, 1800-2200 sq ft. or so.

The red rectangle is the subject property, the 3-story town houses are to the left and at the bottom of the image you see the last section of the gated community of town homes.

The green rectangle below delineates what I call the rental sweet-spot.

The building was basically an empty, masonry 2,000 sq/ft rectangle.
