I am also 50 so hence my aggressiveness on the timetable.Thanks for the reply and I am sure there are many ways I can drive this off the rails if not careful so I would hold on any congrats but thanks.

But the disadvantage is that you don't have all the safety rails you have when you're buying it on the market.

My wife and I have two reliable vehicles but I decided when they were paid off to start saving right away for the next one by making car payments to myself. 

The only way to run a HH property is with constant oversight and diligence and even then it can go off the rails.  

I believe my home can benefit from minor renovations in the basement bathroom, new laundry appliances, painting, and replacing railings on the home's exterior.  2.

Hello Everyone,I was talking to an investor in regards to financing and his suggestion was to get a 500k loan to put towards all current debt, but wasn't sure all the factors that may be implicated with going this route.My current portfolio has 2 properties (1 LTR, 1 MTR = 370k), and current debts: HELOC at 54k and a vehicle at 40k.

She apologized but did not rebate any of the fees which when I require a second visit I get charged (and she did charge me for a second visit because some railings were down at the powder coat on her first visit).
