You can test your mailer, you can test your list, you can test your message.

And even though virtually every sponsor agreement allows me to share investment information with others who might be advising me on it (especially when club members are bound by an NDA), I still ask the sponsor if I can share it, because it's a test.

Why not test the market by putting the lots up for sale, and if nobody bites, that might provide your answer.

Just tested them all on my PC, no issues.

I am days/weeks away from trying it at my personal residence.  3500 sqft but only two people using it, so not sure how good of a test it will be. 

It's all about going and testing to see which investment group works best for you, typically you get to go to your first meeting for free.

so far so good one project is well and septic.. of course we had to drill wells and do all the ground tests etc.. the other projects are basically infill with mainlines already established. out west here each state is different.. in CA you will hear the term Mello Roos ..
