While I have not consulted attorney, I am under the belief that I will need a multi-member operating agreement. 

If you are new, you want the teaching type.You can hire individual specialists in asset protection, legal documents, estate planning, and so on, but my belief is that it's better to get that in a training program focused on real estate investing by investors. 

I do think it is good to expand and stretch your belief in yourself.

 - my belief is investing 10% of net worth in syndications is investing too much in syndications even if this is across multiple syndications

@Paul Bogard Any real estate agent who promotes themselves as an agent who is a specialist on renting out bedrooms should be moved to the bottom of the list of people to take real estate advice from..... 

I would never recommend anyone consider anything remotely similar to what you're promoting, and would also advise anyone in our community to avoid this user and his ideas.

My wife has a friend/acquaintence/mentor that was working closely with him to promote his thang and simulataneously promote her thang.

If I can get someone to take over for me they are going to have a much easier time bc of it, but even the lady who has been part time helping me acts so stressed beyond belief w/everything I teach her that it is insane to me.
