However, the concept of a virtual office is a very useful tool that provides a professional fiscal and commercial address, as well as additional services such as mail handling, meeting rooms, and phone assistance.

I will say I would never pay to get access to a community of real estate professionals.

My day job is being a financial professional, so I have good experience with underwriting and sales that I believe can be translated to real estate.

We’ve been victims ourselves and I’ve been told that directly by law enforcement.We had a scammer create a very professional website using the exact name of our lending company.

After seeing the power of financing and understanding how loans can help make real estate deals like this happen, I knew I wanted to be a part of it professionally.

I'm curious as what y'all consider to be the minimum criteria for approving a tenant, assuming you don't have access to professional tools.
