@Rhonda Eaves I takes roughly .40 cent to create letter, stuff and fold an mail out..Postage .31 centPaper .01 centEnvelope .01Ink i cant really pin point the exact cost of that..But i have a really two really good printers and their set to get the best out of the ink usuage..I can get about 3000 (give or take) prints per $125 spent on ink...and .05 per enveloped stuffed and folded...Its cheaper to do you own, and you'd save alot more money.

We initially were going to use a local printer for the mailers, but found them to be extremely unreliable so decided to spend a little more money and use yellowletters.com, which the service was extremely easy to use and they great customer service.

It's not like you are going to pull a laptop and a printer out of your brief case and arrange something right there, and I can't see it working too well if you tried to hand-write different parts of the contract while the antsy seller was right there.Is there some basic form that you use to lock up the property, and then you leave take it to your attorney to have him create the perfect contract?

@Joshua Martin You can download/pick a handwritten font, and use that font to print addresses on envelopes in your printer.
