Mainly because they advertise saying they have been investing over the last 15 years and been wildly successful.

We recommend that you check reviews of the lender; Ask for references; If the lender is advertising something that is outside the normal metrics for the industry it is likely a bait and switch. 

I had to get it set up due to the advertised washer and dryer costing me $$.

So anyone who advertises or uses ANY marketing technique, can really advance businesses here.

Anyone who is advertising an "easy way", you are the product.

However, I constantly see syndications advertising very attractive return.

We don't allow any "deal-making" in the forums, which includes advertising your services or properties, looking for partners, etc.

They do a better job of advertising at the same rent and you avoid another month of vacancy, paying for themselves.
