Have an expert look at it.I understand that you want to avoid setting untreated wood directly on concrete because the concrete attracts moisture that rots the wood.

The village the current deal is located in has several zoning ordinances which they claim prevent the park owner from replacing current trailers with newer, or from adding MH's to the two open concrete pads.
